Hi, I’m Zak Parker, a Chartered Accountant and founder of ZP Chartered Accountants, based in Liverpool.
Before launching the practice, I trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG, one of the world’s leading professional services firms.
During my time there, I worked closely with some of the UK’s largest house builders, including Redrow, Elan Homes, and Wain Homes.
That experience gave me invaluable insight into how major property and construction businesses operate at scale, from financial strategy, cashflow management and tax planning to compliance.
Now, I bring that experience to property and construction businesses like yours, helping you make smarter financial decisions, reduce tax, and grow with proactive support from us.
A Personal Note...
I started ZP Chartered Accountants shortly after the birth of our daughter, Myla.
Like many business owners, I was looking for more flexibility, more control over my time, and the opportunity to build something meaningful for my family’s future.
That decision has shaped how we work with our clients today. We understand what it’s like to juggle family, business, and big goals and we’re here to take care of all aspects of your financials so you can focus on what matters most: growing your business and achieving your goals.
Alongside running the firm, I’m also a property investor myself. I’ve been through the process - sourcing deals, securing finance, managing refurbishments, and navigating the tax landscape.
That real-world experience means I speak your language, understand the risks and pressures you face, and can offer practical, commercially-focused advice that goes above and beyond.
